NOW HIRING: Part time Personal Trainer / Coach up to $25 per hour (15-20 hours per week)

HIGHLIGHTS: We are seeking a highly motivated leader with engaging interpersonal skills to deliver client-centric focus as a Part Time Trainer / Coach at the BRAND NEW Alloy Personal Training studio in Katy, TX.

Flexible schedule available.

COMPENSATION: up to $25 per hour (based on experience). Hours range from 10-20 hours per week.

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY: Personal Trainer / Coach will be an instrumental part of the studio leading customized workout plans and focused on building relationships with clients.

As a Personal Trainer / Coach you'll spend roughly 20 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). Sales will be led by the Director of Training and Head Coach so sales background is not required for this position, but it is a plus. Personal Trainers play an important role in Client Retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead small groups (4-6 people) in Personal Training Sessions at 1 hour intervals
  • Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”
  • Deliver premium client engagement: Goal setting, relationship building, accountability sessions.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Training and Head Coach
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Demonstrates grit and perseverance: Shows a strong determination to overcome
  • Other duties as assigned

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM,ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
  • Experience in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club highly preferred
  • Small group fitness training of 2 or more individuals
  • Desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
  • Ability to coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexible Schedule (5 am morning sessions and or, 7 pm evening sessions, and or Saturday mornings 7-12 AM)
